33. Balloon Drops

Balloon drops start by filling cylindrical nets with air-filled balloons. The nets are then suspended. At the appropriate time a rip-cord is pulled, opening the net and allowing the balloons to drop. This photo was taken at Seattle’s Climate Pledge Arena.
