BP partners occasionally have trouble logging into the site. The problem is related to an INTERNET EXPLORER setting which you can easily adjust using the following procedure.
Click TOOLS from the menu in the browser.
Click INTERNET OPTIONS from the Tools menu. A window called “Internet Options” will pop up.
Click the PRIVACY tab in the “Internet Options” window.
As depicted in the animation below, click and drag the nob down two points from Block All Cookies to Medium High. (Watch carefully — this image is animated.)
Click OK to apply the settings and try logging in again. That’s all!
